**What You Will Learn** Learn the basic features of the Live Chat function, understand what you can do with the feature and how to navigate with the Live Chat Features. **Chat with Your Wallet Subscribers in Real-Time** Engage with your audience when they have questions and concerns, through the Digital Wallet’s built-in Live Chat feature. Chat messages can only be initiated by customers from inside your Digital Wallet. Once a customer has initiated a Live Chat session, simply select their phone number from the list on the left to assist them with their specific needs. For more context about each customer, you can click their phone number above the chat window (when a chat session has been opened) to view all details about the customer. We recommend creating special vouchers for these customers, and sending them through the Live Chat feature to help establish brand loyalty. This extra gesture can result in better online reviews for your customers, since it demonstrates strong customer support practices. 1.
