Quick Links: one tap to everything you offer

Wallet · Merchant guide

Put your website, socials, menus, and booking links in one tappable list, grouped into sections you name yourself. One place a visitor can tap through everything you offer, and one QR code that hands it all over in a single scan.

One list, everything on it
Website, socials, menus, booking, ordering. Every link a visitor might want, in one tidy place instead of scattered across your bio and your signage.

Grouped your way
Sort links under headings you write yourself, like “Order & Book”, “Menus”, or “Follow Us”, so a stranger finds the right thing fast.

One scan shares all of it
Turn the whole list into a single QR code for a poster, receipt, or table tent. One scan, and a customer has every link you have.

Building your Quick Links

Set up sections

Name the groups your links belong in

Open Sections (the button in the top right) and create headings that fit your business, for example “Order & Book”, “Menus”, or “Follow Us”. You can set your sections up before you have any links in them, so start with the shape you want.

Add your links

Add each link with a title, a URL, and an icon

Give the link a Title, paste its URL, pick an Icon, and choose the Section it belongs to (or leave it Uncategorized). Repeat for every link you want to offer.

Order it

Drag your links into the order you want

Drag the handle on any link to reorder it within its section, so the most important taps sit at the top.

Share it

Turn the list into one QR code and put it everywhere

Use the QR Code button to turn your whole Quick Links list into a single code for a poster, receipt, table tent, or your social bio. One scan hands a customer everything.

A visitor taps through

Someone finds what they need in one place

A stranger scans or opens your Quick Links, taps straight to your menu, your booking page, or your socials, and takes the next step with you.

Adding a link

Each link is four quick fields. Keep the Title short and clear, because that is the label a visitor taps.

Field What it does
Title The label the visitor taps, for example “Facebook”, “Book a Table”, or “See the Menu”. This is what shows in the list.
URL Where the link goes. It must start with http:// or https://, so copy the full web address, including the https:// at the front.
Icon The little symbol next to the link. Click the eye to open the icon library and search it by name, then pick the one that fits.
Section The heading this link sits under. Choose one of your sections, or leave it as Uncategorized.

Sections keep it tidy

Sections are the headings that group your links, and you create them yourself from the Sections button in the top right. Give each one a name that matches how a visitor thinks, like “Order & Book”, “Menus”, or “Follow Us”.

Empty sections stay hidden, so set them up first. A section with no links in it is not shown to your customers, so it is safe to build all your sections up front and fill them in as you go. Nobody sees a blank heading.

A section
A heading you name, like “Menus”, that groups related links together in the visitor’s view.

Uncategorized
The catch-all for any link you have not filed under a section yet. Leave a link here and it still shows, just without a heading above it.

Editing, reordering, and archiving

Your links live in the Your Links list, grouped by section. From here you keep the whole thing current.

  • Reorder by dragging the handle on a link up or down within its section.
  • Edit a link to change its title, URL, icon, or the section it sits in.
  • Archive a link to take it out of the list without losing it.

Archiving hides a link, it does not delete it. Archive a link you are not using right now to clear your list, then flip the Archive toggle above the list to show archived links again and restore any you want back. Nothing is lost.

A link needs a full web address. The URL has to start with http:// or https://. If you paste a bare address like example.com, add https:// to the front or the link will not save.

Share it as one QR code

The real payoff: the QR Code button turns your entire Quick Links list into a single scannable code. Print it on a poster, a receipt, a table tent, or drop it in your social bio, and one scan hands a customer every link you offer at once.

Want to see it the way a customer will first? The Preview button shows your Quick Links inside a phone frame, exactly as a visitor sees it in the wallet.

Why it matters

One tap beats a scavenger hunt. When a stranger can reach your menu, your booking page, and your socials from a single scannable list, they take the next step instead of giving up looking for it. Quick Links turns “where do I even find this” into one tap, which is exactly how a Visitor starts down the path to becoming a Customer.
