# Show off your business with Videos

Put your best clips, reels and short tours right inside your wallet. A visitor who scans your QR code can watch what you do before they ever walk in, and you choose the order they see it in.

**Seen where they already are**  
Videos play inside the guest’s wallet on their phone. No app, no extra link, no leaving the page.

**Link it or upload it**  
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link you already have, or upload an MP4 straight from your computer.

**You set the running order**  
Number your videos, or drag them into place, and guests see them in exactly that order.

## How it works

You add

### Add a video

In the left menu, open **Attract Visitors** , then **Showcase** , then **Videos**. Give the video a title and a short description, then paste a YouTube or Vimeo link or upload a file.

Each video has a **Sequence #**. The next number is filled in for you, and you can drag rows in the list to reorder them at any time.

On your wallet’s Videos page, guests see each video in your order: the title, the player, your description and, if you added one, a link to find out more.

## Adding a video

Fill in the form on the left, then click **Create**.

| Field | What to put in it |
| --- | --- |
| Title (required) | A short name guests will recognise, such as “Pool”, “Game Room” or “Meet the Chef”. |
| Description (required) | A sentence or two shown under the video. You can use bold, lists, links and emoji. |
| Additional Info Page | Optional. A full web address (starting with http:// or https://) that appears as a link under the video, for example a booking page. |
| Video URL | A YouTube or Vimeo link. Other sites are not accepted; if your video lives somewhere else, upload the file instead. |
| Or upload a video file | Instead of a link, upload an MP4 file under 5 GB. A progress bar shows the upload. |
| Sequence # | Where the video sits in the running order. It starts at the next free number. |

## Managing your videos

The list on the right shows every video with a thumbnail, so you can see at a glance what guests will get.

- **Click a video** to load it into the form, change the title, description or order, then **Save Changes**.
- **Drag rows** to change the running order.
- **Archive** hides a video from your wallet without deleting it. Turn on **Show archived** above the list to see archived videos, and **Restore** one to bring it back.
- **Clear** empties the form so you can start a new video.

## Good to know

**To swap a video, archive it and add a new one.** Changing the link on a saved video does not take effect at the moment. Archive the old entry and create a new one with the new link.

**Uploads are MP4.** On the standard plan, uploaded videos must be MP4 files under 5 GB. Other formats are turned away with a note about upgrading. A YouTube or Vimeo link works for any format.

**On the Video Studio (HD) plan?** Direct HD upload is coming soon. Until then, paste a YouTube or Vimeo link.

**Short beats long.** Guests watch on their phones, usually just after scanning a QR code. Lead with your best few seconds; a 15-second highlight does more than a five-minute tour.

## Why it matters

**Let them see it before they visit.** Photos tell people what you have; a short video shows them what it feels like to be there. Put two or three of your best clips at the top of the running order, and every visitor who scans your code gets the tour before they decide to come in.
