Whether it’s for redemption or for refunds having these historical data would allow you to safe guard your interests within your business.
Note: Transactions IDs are automatically generated for transactions through the Wallet Merchant Scanner (iOS) & (Android), and the Web Terminal.
Pro Tip: For complex financial audits, we recommend downloading your transactions using the Export button in the top-right corner, then sorting or filtering the downloaded data for your specific needs.
You would be able to view the Data and time, Transaction ID , Register ID, Type of Transaction, and even the type of Payment.
You also have the option to Export these data into a CSV file for you to be able to view it via tabular data in Excel.
