Wallet · Merchant guide
This is your customers’ wallet. Set your logo, colors and menu here, choose which features each type of guest sees, and watch every change render instantly in the phone preview beside you.
Everything in one place
Your branding, your menu, your links, your protections and your analytics all live on this one page, split into collapsible sections you open as you need them.
A live preview beside you
The phone mockup next to the settings updates as you work, so you see your logo, colors and menu the way a customer will before you save.
Start small, grow over time
Most small businesses start with one feature, like Promotions, Quick Links or Events, then add vouchers and membership tools as they go.
How this page works
Each collapsible section controls one part of the customer experience. Open as many as you like, make your changes across any of them, then save once.
One save covers everything. The single Save Changes button at the bottom saves every section at once, no matter how many you have opened. There is no per-section save to remember.
Clear Changes throws away unsaved edits. The Clear Changes button discards anything you have not saved yet and reloads your last saved settings. Use it to start over, not to undo a save.
The sections, and what each one controls
| Section | What you set here |
|---|---|
| Header Style & Branding | Your logo, a custom header icon, your header image, and your background and button colors. This is the top of every wallet page. |
| Navigation Menu | Which features each kind of guest can see, grouped by where they are in their journey: Attract Visitors, Engage Subscribers, Motivate Customers and Reward Members, plus help and support items. Toggle a feature on to show it, off to hide it. |
| Navigation Style & Branding | The background and font colors of the wallet’s left navigation menu. |
| Social Media & Contact Details | Your Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn links, plus your phone number, WhatsApp and email address. |
| Customizable Vanity URL | A friendly handle link to your wallet (for example your-name), and the page it lands on. Custom Domains are available on premium plans. |
| Age Gate | Ask visitors to confirm a minimum age before they can enter. |
| Redemption Code Privacy | Hide the QR code on the back of each item so the customer taps the card to reveal it at the moment of redemption. |
| Mobile App & Custom Code | A mobile app icon, a redirect for desktop visitors, and custom JavaScript or CSS for advanced users. |
| Integrations, Wallet Passes, & Analytics | Apple and Google Wallet pass toggles, your App Store and Play Store links, your Google Analytics ID and your Meta Pixel ID. |
Some features may require an upgrade to your plan before their toggle can be switched on. A locked toggle tells you which upgrade it needs.
Two settings worth knowing early
Most sections are self-explanatory once you open them. Two are worth understanding before you launch, because they change what a customer experiences the moment they arrive or redeem.
Age Gate
Asks a visitor to confirm they meet a minimum age (18 or 21) before they can enter your wallet. Common for alcohol, gaming and other age-restricted businesses. You can also set a website to send anyone who does not qualify.
Redemption Code Privacy
Hides the scannable QR code on the back of each item. The customer taps the card to flip it and reveal the code only when they are ready to redeem, which helps prevent accidental or premature scans.
Connect your analytics and wallet passes
The Integrations, Wallet Passes, & Analytics section is where your wallet talks to the tools you already use.
Pro Tip: add a Google Analytics ID. Drop your Analytics ID into this section and you can see how visitors move through your wallet, which pages they view, and where they act. We recommend a fresh Analytics property so your wallet activity stays separate from your other sites.
The same section holds your Meta Pixel ID, your App Store and Play Store links, and the toggles that let customers save your passes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Each pass toggle asks you to confirm before it turns on, because it adds a save button across your wallet. The Apple button appears only for iOS visitors and the Google button only for Android visitors.
Good to know
Changes render in the preview instantly, but go live when you save. The phone beside you reflects your edits as you make them. Customers see them once you click Save Changes.
Custom JavaScript and CSS are for experts. Under Mobile App & Custom Code you can add your own code to change layout, fonts or behavior. It is powerful, and best left alone unless you know what you are doing.
Turning a pass integration off removes saved passes. Disabling Apple or Google Wallet ends the passes customers have already saved to that wallet, so switch it off deliberately.
Why it matters
Your wallet is your brand in your customer’s pocket. A few minutes here, your logo, your colors, the right menu for your business, and the two protections that fit how you sell, turns a generic template into an experience that looks and behaves like you. Start with one feature, watch it in the preview, save, and build from there.
