Blog & News is your announcement feed inside the wallet. Post an award, a press mention, a new blog article, or a “we are open late this week” update, give each one a headline, an image and a link, and schedule it to appear on the date you choose. Customers read it right in their wallet and tap through to the full story on your own site.
A reason to keep looking
Fresh updates give someone who found you a reason to open your wallet again, and every post carries a link back to your website, press or social post.
Publish on your schedule
Write a post today and set it to appear next Monday. It stays hidden until that moment, so you can queue announcements in advance.
One tidy feed
Reorder posts by dragging, archive the ones that have run their course, and bring them back whenever you want. Nothing is ever lost.
What a post is made of
You build each post from a few fields. The Title and the Link are required; a post will not save without a Link that starts with http:// or https://.
| Field | What it does |

| Title | The headline the customer sees in their wallet, for example “We won Best Local Cafe 2026” or “New spring menu is live”. |
| Link | Where “Continue Reading” sends the reader: the full story on your own site, a press release, or a social post. It must start with http:// or https://, and the post will not save without one. |
| Description | The body text shown under the title in the wallet. A sentence or two that makes someone want to read the rest. |
| Publish On | The date and time the post goes live. A future date keeps it hidden until then; a past date shows it now, carrying the date you gave it. |
| Attach Image | An optional picture for the post (a photo, a logo, an event graphic). It appears above the title in the wallet. |
The journey a post takes
You write it
Add the title, image, description and link
Fill in the headline and the body, attach an image if you have one, and paste the link to the full story. Click Create and the post joins your News list.
It goes live on its date
Publish now, or schedule it ahead
Publish On decides when customers can see it. Set a future date and time to queue an announcement in advance; it stays hidden until that moment arrives. Back-date a post and it shows immediately, carrying the date you chose.
Managing your list
Your posts sit in the “Your News List” panel beside the form. A few controls keep it in order.
Drag to reorder. Grab the handle on any post and drag it up or down. The order you set is the order customers see, so put what matters most at the top.
Edit any time. Click the pencil on a post to load it back into the form, change anything (including its Publish On date), and Save Changes.
Archiving hides, it does not delete. Archive a finished post to clear it from customers’ view. Flip the Archive toggle above the list to see archived posts and Restore any of them.
Share it beyond the wallet
Two buttons at the top of the page help you show the feed off.
Preview
Opens your live News page inside a phone frame so you can see exactly how it looks to a customer before you announce it.
QR Code
Generates a QR code for your News page. Print it on signage or a flyer so anyone in store can scan straight to your latest updates.
Why it matters
Blog & News keeps your wallet from going quiet. A steady feed of awards, articles and announcements gives a visitor a reason to come back, and every post links out to the full story on your own site. Schedule them ahead, order them the way you want, and let the QR code carry people from your window straight into your news.
