Guide: Reviewing Sent Broadcasts
Step 1: Accessing Past Broadcasts
Navigate to the “Create New SMS” page within your Wallet dashboard. Look for the “Past Broadcasts” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Step 2: Explore Existing Broadcasts
Upon clicking the “Past Broadcasts” button, a window titled “Existing Broadcast” will emerge. Here, you’ll encounter a comprehensive overview of all previously scheduled broadcasts.
Step 3: Understanding Broadcast Details
Within the “Existing Broadcast” window, each broadcast is accompanied by essential details:
- Scheduled Timing: Displaying the time the broadcast was scheduled to be sent.
- Completion Status: Indicating whether the broadcast has been successfully sent or is pending.
- Associated Payment Object: Highlighting any financial transactions linked to the broadcast.
- List Type and Name: Identifying the type of list used for the broadcast and its corresponding name.
- Creation Timestamp: Revealing the date and time when the broadcast was initially created.
Step 4: Further Action
You have the option to delve deeper into each broadcast by selecting it for review. Alternatively, for broadcasts scheduled for the future, you can choose to cancel them if necessary.
