Basic Member Search using the Club Member ID
At the top left corner of the Wallet Admin Portal, you’ll find the search function designed for Club Member IDs. This feature allows for quick retrieval of member information, facilitating easy tracking of their transactions within the Digital Wallet App and your business interface.
After searching a Club Member ID, you can review the following items:
Membership Profile Changes
Redemption History
Static Voucher’s Status
Merchant Credits Available
SMS Messages ( Inbound & Outbound History ) Keyword Subscription, and Help Requests.
Wallet Page Views
Apple Wallet Details
POS Transactions
