The Gallery is a photo grid inside your wallet where every image is a doorway. A visitor taps a photo, it opens full screen with your caption, and one tap on the link underneath takes them to the product, menu, or booking page it belongs to.
Pictures do the selling
New products, your space, your team, your events. A strong photo pulls a stranger in faster than any block of text.
Every image is a link
Each photo points somewhere you choose, so a tap on a dish goes straight to the menu and a tap on a room goes straight to booking.
One scan opens the whole set
Preview the grid in a phone frame, then put the entire gallery behind a single QR code for a poster, table tent, or receipt.
How the Gallery works
You build it
Add a photo, a title, and a link
Attach an image, give it a title, and paste the URL it should point to. Repeat for each thing you want to show off. Pin whatever is new or on offer so it sits at the front.
You share it
Put the gallery in front of people
Use the Preview button to see the grid the way a customer will, then use the QR Code button to turn the whole gallery into one code you can print anywhere.
Adding an image
Every image needs three things, and the page will not save until all three are filled in.

| Title | The caption shown when a customer opens the photo full screen. Make it say what they are looking at, for example “Our new spring menu”. |
| URL | Where a tap on the photo sends the customer. It must start with http:// or https://, so point it at the product page, menu, or booking page that image belongs to. |
| Pin to Top of Page | Optional. Turn this on to push the image to the front of the grid no matter where it sits in your list. |
When you are done, use Create to add the image, or Save Changes when you are editing one you already have.
Ordering your gallery
You control the order in two ways, and they work together.
Pin to Top of Page
Forces an image to the front of the grid regardless of the rest of the order. Use it for whatever is new or on offer this week. You can pin more than one.
Drag to reorder
Grab the drag handle on any image and drop it where you want it. That sets the order of everything that is not pinned.
What your customer sees
In the wallet the gallery is a grid of your photos, pinned ones first. Tapping any photo opens it full screen with your title, and the link you set appears right under it for a one-tap trip to the page it belongs to.
Good to know
All three fields are required. An image, a title, and a URL that starts with http:// or https:// are needed for every item. Miss one and the page will flag it instead of saving.
Archiving hides an image, it does not delete it. Archive anything you want off the grid for now, then flip the Archive toggle above your list to see archived images and restore them.
Preview before you share. The Preview button shows the grid in a phone frame exactly as a customer sees it, so you can check the order and the pins before you hand out the QR code.
One QR code covers the whole gallery. The QR Code button turns your entire grid, not a single photo, into one code. Print it once and every image behind it stays live as you add and reorder.
Why it matters
A good photo earns a look, and a link earns the next step. The Gallery gives every image a caption and a destination, so a visitor who stops to look at your best work is one tap from your menu, your product, or your booking page. That is a stranger choosing to come closer.
