Managing Your Profile/Account

Review Your Account Info, Change Your Profile Picture or Password & More

To go to My Account, go to Change Settings select My Profile then select My Account.

The “My Account” page will always load the “My Company” window by default. This is where you can review your basic account information, edit your profile picture, and change your password.

The “My Company” sub-category is where you can review pertinent information such as an address, company name, associated mobile numbers/10DLCs, and Industry/Type for your business’s wallet.

Review your account info, change your profile picture or password and generate an API Key.

NOTE: Please note that your Avatar will show on the Representatives Page on the Digital Wallet if your profile is saved as a “Public Representative” in the Settings - Manage Users page. Please be cautious about what avatar you choose, since your customers and prospects might see it
