Print SMS sign-up signs for your counter, tables and events

Turn every place a customer waits into a sign-up point. Opt-In Sources give you a ready-to-print sign with a QR code for each spot (front desk, menus, table tents, a trade show stand), and tell you which spot each subscriber came from.

Scan, enter, subscribed
A customer scans the sign, types their phone number into a simple page, and they’re on your list.

Print-ready
Each sign is sized for a standard 4x6 frame. Print it as is, or download just the QR code for your own designs.

Know what works
Give each location its own source and the counts show which spots bring in subscribers.

How the pieces fit

Once

Have an SMS number and a keyword

Your approved SMS number and an opt-in keyword come first. The keyword decides which list new subscribers join.

Per location

Add a source for each place

A source is one sign-up point under a keyword: “Front Desk”, “Table Tents”, “Spring Trade Show”. Each gets its own sign.

Every scan

Customers scan and subscribe

Each new subscriber is counted against the source they scanned, so you can compare locations.

Make a sign

  1. In the left menu, open Engage Subscribers, then SMS/MMS, then Audience, then Opt-In Sources.
  2. Click Create New Opt-In Source, give it a name you’ll recognise (where the sign will go), and choose the keyword it belongs to.
  3. Click the View button on your new source. The sign appears on the right, sized for a 4x6 frame.
  4. Use Preview to see what a customer sees after scanning, Print to print the sign, or Download QR for just the code.

Reading the counts

Each source row shows how many people are Subscribed, Pending (waiting on an age check, if your keyword requires 21+) and Unsubscribed. Click a number to see the list behind it.

Good to know

One source per location. It takes a minute to set up and it’s the only way to know whether the table tents beat the front desk.

Signs point at a keyword. If you retire a keyword, the signs made from its sources stop working. Reprint before you change keywords.

Using your own design? Download the QR code alone and place it in your artwork. Keep it black on white and at least 2 cm (about an inch) wide so it scans reliably.

Why it matters

The people in your building are your best subscribers. They already chose you today. A sign at the counter turns that visit into a way to bring them back, and the per-location counts tell you where to put the next one.
